Once approved, we cut, bend, weld, and finish in-house — typically 3–7 business days for small jobs, 2–4 weeks for larger structural runs. You pick up at the shop or arrange local delivery.

Do you fabricate from blueprints or sketches?
Both. We work from CAD files (.DXF, .DWG, PDF), hand drawings with measurements, or just a description and a photo of what broke. We confirm dimensions before cutting.
What thicknesses can you handle?
Sheet metal shearing up to 10-gauge carbon steel, press-brake bending on carbon, stainless, and aluminum, and plate work up to 5/8 inch via plasma cutting plus shop welding.
How long does a custom fabrication job take?
Small bracket and enclosure jobs typically turn around in 3–7 business days. Larger structural or production-run jobs run 2–4 weeks depending on materials. We give a date with every quote.
